Workshop overviews: Over the past two years, I have conducted a total of four workshops for the elderly community -- two in Shanghai, and two in New York City -- each time with around 30 participants. The workshops were centred around the cultural significance of Medicine and Food Homology, as well as the dietary and health relevance of TCM herbs. The audience of these workshops included family members, retired teachers, and members of assisted living communities.
