Workshop overviews: Over the past two years, I have conducted a total of ___ workshops for the elderly community -- two in Shanghai, and __ in New York City -- each time with around 30 participants. The workshops were centred around the cultural significance of Medicine and Food Homology, as well as the dietary and health relevance of TCM herbs. The audience of these workshops included family members, middle-aged and elderly members of my district in Shanghai, retired teachers, and members of assisted living communities.

Personal Reflection:
I was extremely glad and proud to share the rich history and practices of the intertwining between foodand medicine in Chinese culture, while contributing to the meaningful discussion on the impact thatfood and minute practices in our daily lives can have on our overall health. Simultaneously, I activelypracticed my communication skills and got to connect with the older generations of my community, which I don’t get to interact with very often.
